Kateryna Bilokur Paintings

Kateryna Vasylivna Bilokur (born in the Kiev Oblast, December 7, 1900 – June 10, 1961) was a Ukrainian folk artist. Despite an unpromising early art career, her works turned famous in the late 1930s and 1940s for their portrayal of nature. She became known in Ukraine as the “People’s Artist.” Learn more »
