					<description><![CDATA[Here&#039;s an interesting little story about the border between Pennsylvania and Maryland, the Mason Dixon Line: during early colonial times, tax collectors went into this area to collect taxes.  When Penn&#039;s tax collectors came, the local people told them they paid taxes to Lord Baltimore.  When Baltimore&#039;s tax collectors came, the local people told them they paid taxes to William Penn.  So, Penn and Baltimore got together and hired Mason and Dixon to survey the border between their holdings and the tax dodging came to an end.  The End.]]></description>
