					<description><![CDATA[Judging by the questions from kids doing projects, it appears most American Children lack functional reading skills, especially reading comprehension. If they&#039;d actually READ the article, they wouldn&#039;t be here in the comment section, asking strangers about what was already CLEARLY covered in the article itself. Either they didn&#039;t bother reading it, or they weren&#039;t able to understand it. No wonder so many people lack the ability to understand why simple concepts, such as why wearing a protective mask isn&#039;t a violation of their civil rights! This is what happens when public schools are robbed of tax payer funds so people can send their kids to substandard schools that focus more brainwashing than education.]]></description>
